Thursday our very sweet friend Jennifer gave Bennett his first hair cut. The sides and back were getting out of control (literally 3-4in longer than the rest of his hair). She worked her magic and we just love his new little 'do. He still has crazy curls on the top.
We had a busy, amazing weekend. Saturday morning we had breakfast with my BFF and her son. Michael and Bennett love each other, it is the sweetest thing. I could just eat them up! Saturday night we spent some QT with some friends and their beautiful daughter, Victoria. I could hold that sweet baby girl all day. She's such a great baby! Ben wasn't really in to me holding her, but he loved her. Sunday we headed out to Palm Desert to hang with some family so that was fun. Our cousin Nichole 's son Jadon was there so Ben had a blast playing with him. It was cute to see him try to copy Jadon's every move.
Ben had a fever Sat/Sun night along with a nasty we cough. I have to say, it is awful to see your kid have a fever. So sad! He was so uncomfortable and sad. He should be over it by Friday though, per the Dr! Thank God.
We have been missing Bibi, GG, Papa & Nana lately. Ben has really fallen in love with Bibi and GG because he gets to see them fairly often. We also FaceTime with Papa & Nana a couple times a week so he loves that. It truly allows them to keep a strong bond. He randomly says any or all of their names so I know he thinks about it. Makes my heart melt.
