The Stink Bug has had a couple of back-to-back or looming ear infections so we have spent quite a bit of time at our doctor's office. We love them, so it's not all bad. Ever since we've had him in day care, he's had a runny nose and then ear infections. This past week, in a last ditch effort to try something else before getting the tubes, Bennett got antibiotic shots in each thigh three days in a row. He takes it like a champ, but man is it hard! Hopefully the shots help and he doesn't have more infections!
It was a bit cold and rainy so we've spent a lot of time indoors and at the aquarium. A couple of weeks ago, I bought Ben one of those old school thin wooden planes... and it lasted 13mins. He destroyed it but seem to have more fun with the broken pieces. I also picked up chalk to draw. He drew a couple of squiggles but was grossed out by the residue on his hands and the texture in general. Haha!! In one of the pics below, he is munching on melon from an Edible Arrangements basket and sitting on Elmo. It made for a hilarious morning!
